About Micropartz
Micropartz is a matching service for micro machining. We connect engineers and buyers who need precision parts under 10 mm with the shops that have the machines and measurement to make them.
Why this site exists
Most CNC shops call themselves precision shops. Far fewer run sliding-head Swiss-type lathes, high-speed micro milling spindles and measurement that resolves a few microns. Below about 3 mm, standard CNC setups start to fail through vibration, tool deflection and parts that move in the fixture. Buyers find this out after the first samples. We want them to find the right shop first.
What we do
- Review each RFQ: drawing, material, quantity, tightest tolerance and smallest feature.
- Match it with up to 3 shops whose machines, materials and measurement fit, in the supplier region the buyer chooses.
- Reply within 24 business hours, or say plainly that we cannot find a good fit.
- Offer an NDA step before any drawing is shared.
What we are not
We are not a machine shop and we do not own machines. We do not take orders, handle payments or add a margin to the part price. Shops quote buyers directly and buyers order directly. Buyers pay nothing.
Where shops are
Micro machining capacity is spread across the world: the United States, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and other countries. We do not push one region. Buyers pick a preferred region on the RFQ form and we match within it where we can.
Micropartz is run from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and works by email.
How we write
The guides and the tolerance reference are written for engineers. Numbers are labelled typical, with the standard they come from where there is one. We do not publish client counts, network sizes or testimonials we cannot back up.
