Shop FAQ

What kind of RFQs will I receive?

Precision parts under about 10 mm: turned pins, shafts and connector contacts, milled housings and mounts, parts with drilled holes from ⌀0.2 mm and tolerances around ±0.01 mm or tighter. Each RFQ lists material, quantity, tolerance class and preferred supplier region.

How do the terms work?

We explain them one-to-one before the first request is sent. Use the form on this page or email us.

How many shops get the same RFQ?

At most 3 per RFQ. The buyer compares a few serious quotes instead of dozens, and each shop has a fair chance to win the work.

Do I need certifications to register?

No, but tell us what you hold. ISO 9001 is expected by most buyers and ISO 13485 matters for medical parts. We only list certificates you can show on request.

Which regions do you accept?

Any. Buyers choose a preferred supplier region on the RFQ form, for example North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Taiwan or Southeast Asia including Vietnam.
